OUR PROCESS

We guide every client through a clear, three-phased approach. Our structured process removes guesswork, simplifies decision-making, keeps budgets aligned and prevents errors or delays - ensuring your space is delivered seamlessly, beautifully, and thoughtfully.

PHASE ONE

Design

We develop the creative direction for your space.

This includes concept development, space planning, 3D renders, and curated sample boards. You’ll receive a final presentation that clearly communicates the full design vision before moving forward.

Payment Terms:
50% deposit to appoint us.
50% balance due on the day of the final design presentation.

PHASE TWO

Technical Drawings & Costing

We translate the approved design into detailed technical documentation and establish a clear project budget.

A fee is issued for the technical drawing pack, along with a standard costing fee to price the full scope of works.

Once approved, we issue the complete drawing set for construction and procurement.

Payment Terms:

50% deposit to commence technical drawings and full costing fee.

50% balance of the drawing pack fee due on the day the complete drawings are issued.

If you proceed to Phase 3 with us, the costing fee is credited back toward the build.

PHASE THREE

Build & Implementation

We bring the project to life.

We prepare a detailed BOQ and comprehensive project plan outlining timelines and key milestones. We manage all contractors and suppliers, coordinate procurement, and oversee site execution to ensure the design is delivered as intended - on budget and on schedule.

Payment Terms:
A structured payment schedule will be issued, typically including a deposit, progress payments, and a final payment.

Please note that this phase includes a Project Management fee, which is calculated as a percentage of the total project value.
